Rihanna Might Be Launching Her Line Of Kitchenware Soon

Rihanna wears many hats: musician, actress, model, designer, beauty and fashion icon and all-round badass entrepreneur, and rumour has it that she's about to add one more to her collection.

A Rihanna fan account shared a screenshot of a trademark application filed on August 6 by her company Roraj Trade LLC titled "Sorry I'm Booked". The trademark application covers tableware including forks, knives, spoons and cooking publications.

A source recently told The Sun “Rihanna’s always been a fan of good food and during the lockdown, she worked up plans for bringing out her own book. It will include some of her favourite Caribbean recipes.

“The dream would be to bring out her own range of kitchenware too. Rihanna has proven that, as well as being a best-selling artist, she is a savvy businesswoman and those around her think this next step could be a huge hit.”, as reported by the source.

Rih is a self-proclaimed foodie, but she’s also famously a “moody eater” according to her Jamaican-born personal chef Debbie Solomon. Her diet is true to her family upbringing - she loves eggs, plantains, chicken curry and salads. A Rihanna cookbook might just be filled with lots of Caribbean-inspired home cooking! We really can’t wait to see what Barbadian and Guyanese recipes she will be showing us.

It seems like Rihanna is much more focused on diversifying her assets than in making music right now, and she is killing it: from her lingerie line SAVAGE X FENTY which disrupted an industry that used to be dominated by Victoria’s Secret by putting models of all colours and sizes on the runway, to Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin, her makeup and skincare lines.

We may have to wait longer for new music, but maybe that cookbook might just keep fans happy for a while. If the rumours are true, all we can say is that Martha Stewart had better watch out for Rih!
