Hello Abuja! Want to lend a hand at our first event in Abuja? Curious about what happens behind the scenes at our events? If yes, you’re in luck. We’re looking for volunteers for our first festival in Abuja.

#EatDrinkFestival is a volunteer driven event and without the help of our volunteers, all of it wouldn’t be possible. Volunteer get an inside look at the workings of our events and are an essential part of making it a fun experience for our vendors and attendees.

While rewarding, being a festival volunteer is super physical. You’re going to be on your feet for a couple of hours and moving around a lot. Don’t worry, you don’t have to stand all day. As soon as your shift is done, you get to join in on the rest of the fun.

For your time, we’ll have some branded goodies and a preloaded wristband, i.e. free food, for you. Anyway, we know you might have a bunch of questions so we’ve put together a little FAQ for you.

What is the volunteer commitment for the festival?

The volunteer requirement for festivals is 2-3 hours on site.

Do I have to buy a wristband?

No! We’ll have one for you when you come in for your shift.

What do I get for volunteering?

In exchange for volunteering, we’ll give a preloaded wristband that you can use at any of the vendor stands, i.e. free food.

When will I receive my volunteer schedule?

We’ll share your shift details as part of our confirmation email.

What should I wear?

Wear a black t-shirt. Also, please wear comfortable pants and shoes you can walk in.
