DRINK: Wines of South Africa - Grand Tasting Tour

Wines of South Africa (WOSA) is a fully inclusive body, representing all South African producers of wine who export their products. WOSA, which was established in its current form in 1999, has over 500 producers on its database, comprising all the major South African wine exporters. It is constituted as a not-for-profit company (sec21) and is totally independent of any producer or wholesaling company.

EMEKA: If this is anything like last year, then it'll be a fun night out. Lots of wine to taste, great small chops, and live music. 

NOSA: It's open to all and starts at 7 pm. Oh, it's at Four Points by Sheraton

 

LAGOS: Sao & The Muse 2

This is the second edition of Sao And The Muse 2 art showcase and a rare and interactive experience with abundance of young, vibrant artists or in this case “muses” that have come together to express art in its many forms. From live art, to musical performances, to film, photography and sound – Sao Café will be transformed into an artists playground.

NOSA: Show Dem Camp will be performing Palmwine Music in its entirety tonight. Has to be enough reason, no?

BONUS: Eko Fitness Festival

Saturday - 10:00AM - 10:00PM

Eko Fitness Festival presents the July 15th PARK DAY; a full day of health and fitness inspired activities at Muri Okunola Park (Victoria Island). The day kicks off at 10am with our diverse team of fitness trainers on site to facilitate short bursts of Aerobic, Spinning, Capoeira and High Intensity activities. We also have the Yogis teaching us how to stretch and breathe. In accordance with the theme of the day, we’ve partnered with a few healthy food vendors, who will be available with a variety of products In the afternoon we will introduce some family friendly activities for both the young and the old, and will be giving out a few free prizes. That’s not all, in the evening, thanks to our Official DJs, Media partners have an incredible show planned. There will be more food, drinks, Silent Disco and a movie screening.

NOSA: It's N1500 to get in and N500 for the silent disco.
