Victoria Island welcomes its newest breakfast and brunch haven, Shanrai. Just over two months ago, Shanrai took to Instagram to give us a sneak peek of their vision: "Shanrai aims to be an exhilarating all-day breakfast destination, designed to upend your morning routine. Get ready for a lively gathering spot for foodies and breakfast devotees alike."

Open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Shanrai offers a blend of classic morning to mid-day fares, including pancakes, sandwiches, wraps, and chicken and waffles. If you're keen on Nigerian staples, they've got you covered, with prices ranging from N3500 to N6000. But a word of caution—don't be surprised if those prices creep up as the restaurant gains popularity.

To quench your thirst, Shanrai features a variety of beverages—espresso, teas, cold coffees, smoothies, juices, and cocktails, with prices between N1000 and N5000.

Although breakfast and brunch are the focal points, the menu doesn't end there. Shanrai also serves pizzas, chicken wings, salads, and desserts like cheesecake.

When it comes to ambiance, Shanrai opts for a streamlined, modern design that balances aesthetics with practicality. If the food lives up to the hype, Shanrai could be your go-to spot for a relaxed breakfast or a casual lunch.
