The nominations are in and we’ve tallied them up. There were 33 unique restaurant submissions but Lagos, these are your top five nominations.
Buhari may believe democracy is slowing him down (wild right?), at Eat.Drink.Lagos we don’t share such similar sentiments.

Craft Gourmet
Craft Gourmet was nominated for the first time in 2016 and won. Craft Gourmet was nominated again last year but lost out to RSVP. We’re wondering if they will bring home an encore?
HSE
For years, HSE has been one of the best restaurants in Lekki. This year, they moved to a new location after being closed for an extended period. The Mac N Cheese has many times been crowned the best Mac n Cheese in Lagos, we’re hearing rumours of a Mac N Cheese day special too…
Ilé Eros
This is the only restaurant that was nominated that Eat.Drink.Lagos has never reviewed. It’s finally time to stop waiting about and give Ile Eros a visit.
La Taverna
La Taverna is not a newcomer on these Lagos streets but they’ve had an incredible year, some would call it a renaissance. However, is that enough to bring home the Restaurant of the Year?
Sabor
Sabor was nominated last year and is back again on the nominations list this year. This is a double nomination for Chef Nkesi, who is both the Executive Chef at HSE and Sabor. When you’re good, there’s definitely no stopping you, and we know Lagos will always try.
