Hump Day Lunch: Firewood Jollof

I've been meaning to try Firewood Jollof for months, but every time I checked their menu, they were sold out of their signature dish. However, as fate would have it, I finally got my hands on their firewood jollof rice with grilled turkey and their meaty spaghetti.
