Hump Day Lunch: Gourmet Twist
In today's food adventure, I decided to explore the savory offerings at Gourmet Twist, a spot I usually frequent for their delicious banana bread. Join me as I dive into their jumbo rice pack, which includes jollof rice, plantain, coleslaw, and turkey, as well as their midi double chocolate banana bread.
The jollof rice was standard, but the plantain was on point. The turkey was huge but needed more seasoning. Coleslaw was fresh with a cucumber twist! Sadly, the double chocolate banana bread was a letdown today - way too dry. Overall, an okay experience. I'll be back for the banana bread on a better day!
