While planning our NOK Lunch Club, this event came up in the discussions and we secretly hoped it would happen after our JOLLOF weekend. Didn't work like we hoped, but better late than never.
“NOK will be hosting a one of a kind chef’s table titled Jollof Wars: The Paradox, on Saturday, 23 September, 2017 at 7:30pm.
This culinary experience takes you through West Africa and diaspora celebrating the iconic rice dish, exploring its origins, its travel and its adaptation to the palette of the different countries. It promises to be a night full of excitement and wonder, guests will be treated to specially designed cocktails and curated music from the various regions for a complete culinary immersion. ”
